Join us for Dungeons & Dragons Encounters!
Current sessions are:
Tuesdays 7-9 pm
Wednesdays 7-9 pm
We will be playing using the 5th edition rules (also referred to as "D&D Next"). Our Dungeon Masters will take you through an epic adventure, one week at a time. Each encounter session will last approximately 2 hours. (Space may be limited based upon the number of available Dungeon Masters, so make sure you register early!)
For your character, you have two options:
Use one of the pre-generated characters that we provide
Create your own* under the supervision of one of our DMs (you may not bring in a character that was created on your own)
*You can make arrangements to meet one of our DMs at the store to generate and certify your character prior to your first Encounter.
If you purchase (or have purchased/pre-ordered) any of the core books at Spandex City, you get 5 FREE D&D Encounter sessions. Core books that qualify are:

Monster Manual

THURSDAY

Come on out every THURSDAY (6:00-7:30 pm) and SATURDAY (1:00-2:30 pm) to have fun and make friends at Pokemon League.
The Pokemon League fee is just $6.00, and each player will receive a Pokemon booster pack and a promotional card for participating. (In order to give players a chance to play as many games as possible each session, during Pokemon League we reduce the number of prize cards from six to four.)
Bring your own deck (or purchase a ready-to-play deck at the store).
It is assumed that your online registration is for the next available Pokemon League Play session.
FRIDAY

Magic Sealed FNM Tournament (every Friday at 6:30 pm)
What happens at the Tournament?
For the event, each player will receive 6 Magic 15-card booster packs. The Magic set(s) for the sealed event will be Standard-legal (players' choice). Any in-stock Standard packs can be chosen for the event. (Use of Universes Beyond packs will incur an upcharge.)
Each player will then make a 40-card minimum deck (25-minutes for deck-building) from the 6 booster packs! Bring your own lands if you have them. If you don't have lands, you can borrow store lands.The tournament format is Swiss Draw (i.e. every players plays in all 3 rounds and is paired against a player with the same win-loss record). After three 50-minute rounds of play (3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw), we will distribute booster pack prizes as follows:
9 points - 5 boosters
7 points - 3 boosters
6 points - 2 boosters
4-5 points - 1 booster
(Please note that prize boosters cannot be distributed before the end of the event, and we cannot hold prize packs for players, except for our comic subscribers).

SATURDAY

Star Wars Unlimited TCG League - Saturdays @3:30 pm
Bring your favorite decks and play for fun! You will receive a special Star Wars Unlimited Organized Play Prize Booster Pack just for participating.
SUNDAY

Magic "Standard Showdown" Tournament - Sundays @12:30 pm
Join us every Sunday at 12:30 pm for a Standard Format Magic: the Gathering tournament! We will play Swiss Rounds (50 minutes per round; number of rounds set by Wizards Event System). Rules enforcement level will be "Regular".
All players will receive a random Magic foil promotional card, just for participating in the first round!
Each player will receive a Standard Play Booster for every match win or for every TWO match draws

Join us at Spandex City on Sunday afternoons for our Weekly Magic Commander League from 4:00 - 7:00 pm.
Magic Commander League is the perfect casual environment for both new and experienced players. Learn how to play, build and test a wacky deck, and try out different Magic formats with no pressure!
All players will receive a booster pack and a promotional card at every session, plus as you participate more, you can score premium booster packs. If you attend 6 times over a two-month span, you will get a FREE booster pack from our stash of premium packs
