Join the fray with powerful bending masters, hybrid animals, and unforgettable allies wielding blades, boomerangs, and the occasional cabbage. Climb atop a sky bison and travel from the walls of Ba Sing Se to the heart of the Fire Nation and restore balance to the world—or conquer it!
Our six in-store pre-release tournaments will be as follows:
Friday, 11/14 at 3 pm and 7 pm
Saturday, 11/15 at 3 pm and 7 pm
Sunday, 11/16 at 12 pm and 4 pm
NEW: Players who register for 2 or more prereleases will receive an extra large, set-themed dice bag!
These collectible dice bags feature dye-sublimated printings of each of the five characters from the Prerelease Packs and are large enough to store cards, counters, and more. Players who participate in two or more Prerelease events and register with their Wizards Account are eligible to receive one while supplies last.
What will you find in your pre-release pack?
NEW: Prerelease Packs for Magic: The Gathering | Avatar: The Last Airbender will feature one of five iconic characters: Aang, Katara, Azula, Zuko, or Toph, each with a 13-card seeded booster tailored to that character.

One traditional foil rare or mythic rare promotional card with a year stamp

Each player will make a 40-card minimum deck (25-minutes for deck-building) from the 6 booster packs in the pre-release kit! Bring your own lands if you have them. If you don't have lands, you can borrow store lands.
The tournament format is Swiss Draw (i.e. every players plays in all 3 rounds and is paired against a player with the same win-loss record). After three 50-minute rounds of play (3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw), we will distribute PLAY booster pack prizes as follows:
9 points - 5 boosters
7 points - 3 boosters
6 points - 2 boosters
4-5 points - 1 booster
